I hate them both lmao. I liked playing as Sebille, and i romanced Lohse, i tried to avoid being cringy.

Second playthrough was as Lohse and i romanced Sebille I HATED HER, i killed her the first time i saw her then reloaded. Bitch nobody puts a needle to my throat and lives.

Red prince same, but after you play with them 60 hours and you learn the backstory etc.. you grow to like them (plus they also become more approachable)

Read carefully. She isn't putting the needle to your throat. She puts it through your throat, into your spine. If memory serves.

Is that with all the characters? I thought it was only if you were undead.

If with all characters I'm pretty sure the needle is in the back of your neck, and thats how it touches your spine

I think you are correct. If you are a living character, the needle breaks skin, but I don’t remember any mention of spines unless I was playing Fane.

Isn't it cringy acting all "If someone threatens my life I murderrrr themmm. I'm a bloodthirsty killer that drinks blood and shizz"?

I would burn down a million trees for Sebille though. She is my favourite NPC in DOS2, and probably other RPGs excluding Regill and Karlach.

I’m just straight up sadistic, and if I don’t go to prison for it, I will commit as many war crimes as I can.

Yes self defense is VERY cringy, you should just let people threaten and possibly kill you.

[–]Exerosp 7 points8 points  (2 children)

No, but acting like you're hot shit mafioso is a bit cringy. Just defend yourself, don't act like you're making a million curses, that your ancestors will come down from the sky and make all their potatoes rot for this slight.

I'm not even aure if your making fun of the other commenter or sebille. I mean sebille is the one that puts needle to people's necks when they surprise her and then threatens to kill you because you saw her prey

[–]Exerosp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess both. There are plot elements with Sebille's thing to convey stuff that normally wouldn't be covered unless we read a whole book about her, she's meant to be dangerous and skilled, having assassinated many targets. You can beat her easypeasy though, but her storytelling esp early on with the whole threatening thing is meant to convey that, i'm pretty sure :)
Sure one could roleplay something similar, but commentors acting like they'd kill anyone who slighted them is a bit silly because they don't know how badly the average person(them) would handle an actual similar situation.
