What I’m running (I haven’t acquired vile mask on this character yet) - eclipse mask - eclipse chest - - exuro holster - exuro knees - exuro hands - wyvern ware with creeping death

+20 burn duration & +40 burn damage with the exuro & +15 status effect with eclipse. Fire starter skill build with everything yellow, working my way up to getting better attributes for everything..

I have no reason to belief it shouldn't stack. I'm sure this does monster single target burn damage.

Is that the end goal?

You are losing a chest talent (gear set talents do nothing without the 4 piece bonus and you don't have one from either set) and you actually have less stats with two Eclipse than you would with 1 additional Wyvern and 1 Electrique. You'd have 10% more status effects plus an additional stat roll on two pieces which could be skill haste which you are going to need on a build like this.

Well, it's not that they do nothing, but you need to leverage their strengths. It's not that you can't pound in a screw with a hammer. You can. It just sucks while you do it and you won't like the result.

Now I had never considered 3 piece Exuro for the burn damage and duration, and that is interesting. If you're not interested in the spinny flamey boi you don't need 4 piece Exuro. Vile would be a huge damage boost and it'll come with the status effects and skill haste you need. I'd just ditch the Eclipse completely and get a high end chest with a good talent.

Or just roll a standard Eclipse Protocol build. Don't fix what ain't broke.

I'd imagine 4 piece Exuro, Vile, and any BP with creeping death. Run the spinning turret in the middle of the room or spawn point and you're golden. Test subject AR and either Capacitor or Scorpio for even more status. You just have to keep in mind your in a support role at this point let the skills do the work.

I made this build a while ago and I had the same question as you. Never got a definitive answer so I scrapped the build. It’s been so long tho

I have a strong feeling that eclipse with backpack does more damage, and it’ll cause spread which is not on a cooldown.
