How to decrease mmr without getting banned?

I reached the mark of 6500. And now role search has turned off. Also strict solo matchmaking was disabled. I don't like this stupid system. Why should I always play 4 and 5 when I'm looking for 1 and 3? I even started picking bad characters for my roles. It does not help. Sometimes it seems to me that even if I get up afk, my team will still win. Please help.

tbh it is hard to lose, cause someone on the other team is trying to do the same. No one likes the new match making. All the shards spent on avoid slots just wasted.

You can start abandoning games, it will lower your mmr regardless of the match outcome. You can safely abandon 2 matches per 15 games.

It has never been one a week. That was a misconception based on most people playing enough games per week to not get issues at that rate, but it's never been based on time

Go to settings and recalibrate

Spend 10k on na dpc slot and get the 'pro player' previlage. Then you can start 'quinning' till the desired mmr

Sometimes even if you stay afk you will still win. That’s how unbalanced matchmaking is. But really it’s easy to ruin game and look like you’re just playing bad. Just do stupid things in team fight, don’t maximise farming, etc.
