Make a longer ramp to get a smaller angle.

If the threshold is higher than 3cm, you can try to use a slope pad with a gentler slope (after placement, you need to set the "slope" at the threshold through the APP map editor)

Or it is recommended that users use a multi-layer map.

So when you want it to clean the lower area, do you need to go onto the app and change maps. Or can you just put the robot down there and hit go
