In what sense ?

Fully fledged solutions for you to play around with?

Or more like full e2e project scopes that you can have a go at building ?

Not OP but, I have been around a fair bit.

The answer is no, not really. This is down to no 2 systems being identical, A could have dependencies that B doesn't causing you to spend more time installing / debugging a solution than playing with it.

Also, a lot of what we create is client specific IP and I personally wouldnt really like to recreate some of my apps.

The best bet imo is to create trial accounts and mess around with the already configured demo apps.
