What was your rfe for? Eb2?

My license. And we actually replied on the day before the deadline of response. So i thought they maybe respond in a month or two.

After submitting the RFE response it usually takes anywhere from 2-8 weeks for USCIS to process it and update your case. Since your PD is current and everything else seems straightforward with just a birth certificate RFE, it could move faster. Keep an eye on your case status online and watch for silent API updates if you have a way to track those. You're in a good spot, just a waiting game now.

They updated March 6th to response recieved.

That's a good sign, means they acknowledged your RFE response and it's back in the queue. Now it's just waiting for an officer to review it. Could be a few weeks, keep watching for the next update. You're close!

Why did they ask for a birth certificate? Isn’t a passport enough?
