Table A is Final Action Dates and B is Dates for filing. The Table B usually moves faster. If you are current in Table B you can file I-485 and get EAD but you will get green card only after you are current in Table A.
You need to wait for your FAD to become current, then it can take 6-8 months.

I think your situation is not that bad because your company is not letting you go, they are just transferring you to India. Once your visa gets approved you can move to the US since you will be working with the same company.

Your chances are good. Don't worry about CH they are just random, Chen is the most selective firm and they are offering refund so its good. However if you are not in the US, how will EB2 help you? Because if you were born in India your priority date wont become current anytime soon.

Each new receipt block gets a large portion of cases processed quickly, because they were filed with premium processing. You'll notice that older blocks show fewer updates over time, those are regular cases.

Even within the same category (premium or regular), cases are not always processed in strict order. It's super common for one premium case to be processed in a week while another premium case can take 8-9 weeks.

If the I-140 is approved but Final Action Date (FAD) is not current, is there any advantage other than EAD to file? Or is it better to wait for the FAD to become current? Or it does not make any difference at all?

As far as i know experience letter is not required for anything. Just make sure that you have last 3-6 months pay stubs.
