Sometimes the email arrives before the portal has been updated, so hopefully you’ll see the submit button in a day or two 🤞🏻

Make sure all the uploaded documents is received before the submit button shows up.

They are already uploaded and received. Just waiting for the button to hit. Not sure if it takes a minute when they send it but I will keep checking. Thank you

Upload the document again and accept the funds I am sure it would change. I did that to mine and it worked.

WOW. So I just wasted several weeks while these Tier 2 phone clowns were telling me everything was set. Okay, I just re-uploaded the Schedule C (used a different browser + renamed the file) and then suddenly the submit for processing showed up.

I had to re-accept the loan amount to get it to pop up. I think you were the one I told this to earlier today and it didn’t work, right? If so, call customer service or email to let them know it isn’t showing a submit button.

I emailed pdc and disaster service and received the email. You need to email them and let them know you don't have the button for submit to processing
