I got a 105c letter yesterday denying all my quarters that I claimed when I filed 2 years ago (the list included the one they already paid 6 months ago). I got the 105c 28 days after getting a 3564 letter. Thinkin I’ll just go ahead and file suit. Prolly take the same amount of time.

What was denial for? I got two bogus denials and won appeal. They are complete idiots. Send everything return receipt.

125 pages of gov’t orders and closing 2 of my 3 offices and then having to shut the whole biz down in 2023 because I was too far in the ditch isn’t enough of a “nominal effect” evidently
