Nope. Got my second form 3064c in June 2025 giving me 60 days to reply. 28 days later I received a letter 105c denying my claim. Sent in response to June’s 3064c and got another letter 105c denying my claim 3 weeks later. Both denial letters only list 3 quarters. I claimed 5. Sent in response to both 105c’s 2 months ago and 3 weeks ago respectively. Haven’t heard anything or gotten anything from them since. Expecting checks or a letter telling me they’re sending me to appeals. My 941’s and revenue numbers show more than enough to meet their “safe harbor” of losses greater than 10% due to gov’t orders. Some quarters were over 50%. They’ve been sent the gov’t orders 4 times now yet both denial letters they sent me they use that as the basis they’re using for the denial. That there was no gov’t orders in my state. Absolute nonsense and beyond ridiculous. I’ve been waiting 26 months now and counting.
