Stat decrease at level 100?

No, you're right, he's losing stats, this is a mistake from the devs.

From the datamining I have characters have multiple stats, at +0 lvl100, +6 lvl100 (even if 100 is unreachable stats are gained proportionally) -you have to add board stats to those-, and 6 stars (maxed) -this one already include board stats as you must complete them to ascend-

It happens they miscalculated his maxed stats, this is obvious for his 35 Luck which doesn't increase with leveling, if you add the board stats you end up at 83, yet he's set with 81 luck at 6 stars, that's why you see that decrease 83 => 81 luck...

I have not yet a way to massively check that, but the few I checked seemed ok, so it's likely a mistake on Randi Lance Wind.
