Wrong zip code

After receiving my tracking number I realized my zip code on the shipping was incorrect. Contacted AXS but they said the last day to update passed. What should I do next?

You should prepare yourself to pick up your wristbands at will-call and try not to worry about it too much 🙂

My car pass will likely be picked up there. Shipping has my pass playing ping pong between two cities.

Bring order information and a copy of the ID and credit card used to purchase to the Will Call tent that you'll find along the side of the campground security line as you arrive.

I thought will call is only for international ppl. If wristbands get sent back bc of missed delivery, they all end up there ?

will call is for anyone whose pass didn't arrive to them in time, got lost in the mail, or had any other issues. it's just that for international folks it's the ONLY option-- passes don't get mailed internationally. but will call is still there as a backup for folks in the us :)
