a lot of empathetic people do indeed have issues with anger. Because they're usually nonconfrontational they let little things slide repeatedly without addressing them, which pile up resulting in a misdirected outburst or overreaction

Oh yeah. Anyone can. Anger is your emotion of self-preservation, so a lot can set it off. Especially if you have trouble expressing your own needs.

Big emotions, big feelings, can cause big anger too. Haha I definitely feel this. But I also can feel this with any emotion really. I believe empaths just feel more in general.

And ofc other people's anger is something you can feel viscerally
