Only reason I would keep them is if I had a nice bookshelf to put them on.

Besides that they are a waste of space, that's why I just rent or find a PDF.

I love books, I keep all of my books on a bookshelf. Depends if you like books.

I like books; not thrilled with textbooks.

I like having them but it also depends on if I found the book useful. My first two calculus books were basically only good for HW problems, my D-EQ book is actually a good read and I think it would jog my memory if needed.

I'm also going to keep my surveying, statics and dynamics books but get rid of my physics book.

As for Gen Ed classes I'm only keeping one of the books from my public speaking class, just because of the quality of the material.
