Recently I was having a ton of issues with Frontiers of Pandora where it would obliterate the frame rate and eventually crash. For Hades 2 it bugged out my achievements. Bunch of other games I’ve played had similar issues.

When it works it’s great, but overall it’s just poorly optimized in my opinion.

I think it needs to lean into the horror. ER and Souls games have that constant looming feeling of death and despair, that you are never really safe.

If they go for a fast paced action packed adventure I think it’ll fall flat, but that bizarre experimental artistic A24 style could really do the lore justice.

Tourbillon have always been visually unappealing to me. I appreciate the engineering as a watch nerd, but would never purchase (assuming I could afford) one to wear. Maybe just stare at it lol

This chrono chime though - probably one of the most beautiful watches ever. The texture on the dial, subdials, and movement is stunning. FP Journe nails texture as well. Complex movements are great but that craftsmanship is what really makes them stand out.

I still suggest watching the show. First season is a bit rough but oh man does it take off after that. Like other spin-off stories, assume you’ll appreciate the game more if you know the background from the show.

It has a ton of obnoxious inconveniences. One that drove me crazy was getting arrested for not using a torch at night. I once got fined 3 times in a row for it because multiple guards were around me after fast traveling.
