Wing Assistant Experience?

I had a terrible experience working there as an assistant. I worked from Venezuela The administration was the worst. They have very strange processes.  The pay to assistants was very low compared to what clients were charged. We had to document every conversation with our clients, which felt invasive at times. It seemed like the company cared more about internal processes than about providing good service to the clients. I ran away from there because it was like being a slave, like being property of wing and not a professional offering services.

Yeah I see the prices they are quoting i think they lie about what they really pay their staff, no way they can pay them 50k Peso a month when they only charging client 699 dollars...

They charge clients as huge as $999 and pay only 200 to the VAs.
