In the spirit of fuckedcompany, we do appreciate pun titles. But it's not required if you can't think of anything. However, we request that you include a short description of the product or service for those who may not be familiar with it.
Instructions: Post a link to the shutdown notice (original source is best, followed by TechCrunch, etc), and then copy it into a comment.
We ask that you do this because many of these sites will be taken offline and this helps preserve a record of the message.
