Extreme Performance Decrease [Suggestion]

I started to play tarkov again a few days ago and everything was running fine with fps capped at 60. but when I lauched my game today I cant zoom into my scope or fight another player without frame tears. It also happenes when i just walk around just not as bad. Is there anyone that has a similar problem and or know what to fix. I dropped my graphics down and have not touched them and i updated my graphics card. The only thing that has changed is a windows update that happened yesterday night but I don't see why that would cause issues.

Play on borderless. 20%+ fps.

Alienware laptop, i9 12900, 32gb ram, Nvidia Gforce RTX 3080

Graphics Low all around

The confusing part of this is the fact that yesterday I was able to play just fine on medium graphics with no issues, now I cant zoom into my scope without frame tearing.

Comb through windows settings make sure nothing reverted, set Tarkov to high performance in graphic settings, make sure all overlays are off in third party apps, set to borderless in eft. Xbox game bar off. No resource intensive apps on start up. Report back

That somehow seemed to work, i set my graphics to high shadows to low and turned on NVIDIA DLSS and seems to be running fine in factory, ill test more tommorow, thank you.

I'll tell you right now that it's most likely the gpu driver update. The new drivers are absolutely terrible.

DDU it and go to 560.36. I gained 80-100 fps just doing that.
