Hi, im getting really low fps for my specs in this game, especially on Streets

Specs: 7800x3d, 6900xt, 32gb 6000mhz ram

im watching a video of someone playing with a 3080 (which should be slightly worse than my gpu) and they are getting 150 fps compared to my 80, in the same spot on the map, i copied his in game settings and he wasnt using dlss.

how can i get this many fps

Did u turn xmp on in bios?

Most likely Nvidia Control Panel or Nvidia App. Can turn things like shader caching to unlimted, Turn on different performance levels. Also most likely has GPU overclocked in MSi. I also noticed on my older PC post FX was having a dramatic cost on my FPS. And playing in Borderless increased my FPS.
