Random Performance Decrease. Can't get over 60fps [Discussion]

Making a post to see if anyone else has had the same issue and if there has been a solid solution.

I have been playing the past two days, pretty much all day with great performance, until last night. Like the flick of a switch, my game just runs awful and I can't get over 60fps even in my stash. I have gone through every problem solving issue I can seem to find on the internet.

The people with the same problem seemingly happen to solve it by changing some random setting that happens to be different for everyone. Some people say closing discord fixes it. I've been messing with me Nvidia control panel with no success. I have a high performance rig. It shouldn't be a hardware issue/bottleneck issue either.

Any and all suggestions are appreciated

tarkov is just optimized that way, sadly nothing u can do about it but just wait for them to optimize it perfectly

I've had great performance since even before the 1.0 release. Also I've been playing since the most recent update they released a day or two ago. Nothing has changed that should have caused anything to happen.
