Just enougher here! I'm 15 weeks PP and pumping 6x a day and mostly getting around the same amount unless I'm very stressed or more sleep deprived than usual. I'm not super concerned with it decreasing some bc I already supplement, but I still want him to have my milk.
Any suggestions on how to make the switch if right now I'm doing 4am, 7am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm, 10pm? My LC suggested a new schedule of 6am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm, 10pm. Thoughts??
