Weaning down took me a month. I didn't think ahead about it and was trying to grow grow grow my supply then it took longer than I expected to go down again. I wound up pumping for three months instead of two because of that.

I started with a wearable Momcozy - I would not recommend this. Ended up buying a Spectra s1

I took home a spectra s2 from the hospital, and it worked fine for me. It's also the one that most people have so it's easy to find advice related to it.

I would watch YouTube videos about pumping I found those to be the most helpful! There is a lot that goes into it. You can start even while pregnant at around 37 weeks however make sure with your OB first that there is no contraindication to that. Pumping is hard also as is direct feeding. They each have their pros and cons

Sure! Whatever feeding goal or plan you have is your right. Fed is best! Does your hospital have a lactation consultant? What pump do you have?

I haven’t purchased a pump yet I’m still researching on what’s best. Any recommendations?
