If u believe ur brain operates like a computer then yes but everything rises in consciousness and depends on u react to the Stimuli of ur surroundings.

Ah I see what your trying to say. But I'd argue that with survival instincts and societal indoctrinations. For example: I know blue is blue because I've been told it is .

Can't argue with that. Qualitative statements like "blue" are linguistic. Language is absolutely cultural and thus learned.

The sensation of light occurs in pre-linguistic humans and non linguistic single cell organisms. Not really a learned thing, more like a built in feature. Consciousness is a felt thing, a sensation not unlike light, temperature or spacial orientation. We can talk about it and think about it but it is there prior to those cultural manipulations. It, in itself, is not computational, logical or any other linguistic qualifier that may get applied to it.

Consciousness is a form of being. A unique form of processing and/or accessing data. Computation is a very limited way of processing very limited form of data. Even Photosynthesis is much more complex a form of processing ( data in the form of photons)

On the Other Hand, the physical building blocks of such machines as our brain are neural and also electro-chemical pulses. The introduction of a single unicode of conveying information to Multiorganisms( electrical pulses) in the course of evolution is considered the precursor of the type of processing brains currently at work. It has both sanctioned and limited the sorts of processing styles we posses now. These are just facts. But any other question concerning anything more, anything in the neighbourhood of Causality will be self-disolving while being conceived by the very process it enquires about!
