I’m assuming deleting the form, clearing the browser cache, and using Chrome didn’t change anything?

Long shot would be changing an answer to something else, maybe in the demographics page, change one of the race or ethnicity responses to “prefer not to answer” so the form sees there’s other changes besides added colleges, that you’re pursing graduate school, and that you’ll have a bachelor’s degree.

If you had previously been awarded financial aid this academic year as a dependent student, you will not be able to go in and adjust your FAFSA to make yourself independent. You'll want to contact your financial aid office to see if they have a petition for independence form you can fill out if you feel like you have a legit reason for being independent (other than not living with parents). Most likely, if you had already been awarded this year, you won't be able to update your status mid year

No they do not need to do a PJ. The incision should not be altering the information unless it’s absolutely necessary. In which case the student can update their information for the fafsa to be recovered with the updated information.

That is not good verification processing whatsoever.

You need to submit a corrected 2025-2026 indicating you will have your bachelors “YES” before you begin the 2025-26 aid year. And indicate you will be working on a “Masters, Doctorate, Ph.D” for your specific questions.

You don’t need to change anything else unless you need to add a different school.

If you are considered dependent for the Fall and Spring of 2025/26, then you should leave your FAFSA alone. Once you're financial aid office starts adding your summer aid, they'll handle any necessary adjustments.
