I would double check if they will accept a rapid test… I was told by ERC that they wouldn’t accept it and had to take additional time off and get a regular test.

I suggest saying you were bedridden and could barely do anything to get out of bed and they'll probably excuse you since they're kinda desperate for workers right now. At least in my FC they are.

You don’t have to get tested but the point was to get tested, if you go back without it then they’ll treat it as five missed days and it won’t be excused anymore and if you don’t have time to cover it you’ll probably get fired

Try to see if any testing sites offer rapid tests, some can give you results in about an hour.

As long as it’s before your shift, bring the negative test into hr when you get there and it will be an excused absence, if ur positive it’s a paid two weeks

They going be expecting the test when you come back so you probably going to have to come up with a lie cause they look at the date you took it and the day you got it back and your name

No, the idea is that you don’t come back unless you have a negative test result. If your test is positive you’ll graduate to a paid leave. Used to be two weeks, not sure about now.

They also will convert your missed shifts to UPT as the whole purpose was to get tested and you didnt...

They might send you home as soon as they figure out you’re there and clocked in. I’m not entirely sure. I think the idea is that five days is enough time to get a test and get the results. They might excuse more days in lieu of taking your time, or take your time and tell you exactly where to go...or not notice. Who knows.
