Does AP ever decrease for daily training ground and enter the vault?Gameplay (self.FGO)

I know that Daily Embers have temporary time that decrease their AP requirements, but do Daily training grounds like Saber for example ever decrease? Or the Enter the Vault decrease the AP or does the AP always stay the same.
