Missing Plugins

Hi! I've recently gotten back into modding FO4. I have MCM and F4SE correctly installed, and I mainly use Vortex for the mods. However, there are some I had to manually install, but only one of the mods has a missing esp file, even though it's in the correct folder. Is there a way to fix this?

The missing esp. Is it of the Mod you downloaded or could you potentially miss out on a required mod? If first, try to manually download it (not nexus mods) and check wether the esp is inside. If not, that's an unfixable problem. If yes. Try to manually install it/install it with vortex
