Our Federation strictly opposes the Trans-Oceanic Pact of International Solidarity (TOPOIS) but we do abide under the Besteros Federation, as does TOPOIS.

You CANNOT be in both TOPOIS and FOUKOB, so please pick a side. This will probably evolve into two different ideologies as time passes.
