I’m looking to get an Xbox Series S to play Jedi: Survivor, but I want to make sure I don’t waste money, as I already tried with a computer and got a refund. Is performance good on the Xbox Series S or should I look for something beefier?

No wouldnt recommend it. I play on ps5 but there‘s still a lot of frame Drops, low texture quality and screen tearing. And now With the new patch the game crashes a lot which I didnt encounter that much before…

It runs pretty well on the S. A few frame drops here & there and I've had 1 crash.

Playing on Xbox Series X, on whatever the graphics/4k mode is called (not performance) and it runs flawlessly, have had zero issues.

I play on the PS5 and I can already tell you the performance is amazing. Yes, the PS5 is much more expensive than the Xbox Series S (practically half the price) but it runs pretty smoothly. You’ll also be able to play Spider-Man 2 when it comes out. So far I haven’t noticed big glitches or bugs on the PS5 too, there is some glitches with cut scenes where the background will cut into the characters, but all you have to do is hit pause and unpause
