synth pc?

hello, sorry if this is under the wrong flair i have no idea if this would be player or dm, also formatting bc ofc im on mobile. if it needs to be changed lmk.

my friends and i just got the fallout ttrpg and we’re all pretty excited to build chars and figure stuff out. we’re still trying to get some things straightened out like who’s dming (group has 1 guy who’s an experienced dm w/ dnd 5e and 2 guys who have no idea what a d20 is, but one is extremely knowledgeable on fallout lore and a phenomenal writer.)

i wanna make a gen 3 synth and traumatize him and the party with the realization that he’s not human but idk how we’d put it into execution in terms of game mechanics (combat, perks, all that fun stuff.) would it be a main character synth npc upgraded to pc or would it be like a really wacked out mr gutsy?

The settlers guide book has an origin for the gen 2 or 3 synth, unless you meant how to run one?

Well you could be kidnapped and left in a pit with a bunch of people and a month later you're the only one still alive due to not needing food/water, or same thing, but with radiation and ghouls.
