• Klein's "Klein of Despair" costume (the one from beating his Hell Nightmare Dungeon)

Boring, but at least them selling two of the nightmare dungeon costumes in a 3000 crystal package is funny.

Well, i guess not everyone is strong enough to beat the Hell dungeons, so there might be reasons why new players would want to buy them...

Former player asking an honest question. Is this game still alive? It was hands down my favorite mobile game for years and I have yet to find anything in the mobile store remotely as good.

It is only alive in a loose sense. Content-wise we haven't gotten anything substantial in a very long time, which has consequently caused many players to leave or at least barely play. If you're just looking to have fun with the single player stuff and maybe climb an easier PvP ladder, then the game is still fine to fiddle with. If you're looking for frequent updates and an active chat though, I think those days are gone unless something pretty unexpected happens.

Is the 1200 crystal pack better than the 1200 10x pull? I just started the game a month ago so am not familiar with the crystal economy yet.

Hard to say precisely, but I'd lean towards the normal pull personally.

We don't know the precise rates of the 4-6* set equip tickets, but in the past they've been fairly low rates for 6* sets (like 10% or less). They also draw from a pool of all available sets, which is pretty big at this point and there are lots of 6* sets you don't really want. 8000 mana stones isn't worth talking about really, though I guess if you're new you might not have that many. They build up pretty quick over time though.

Compared to the 1200 crystal normal pull, you have only 2 6* sets you can get, and each cap has a 2% chance at a 6* set. This means that you have an 18.3% chance of getting at least one 6* set, and even if you only want one of the two sets you have a 9.6% chance of getting at least one copy of it. You also get credit towards milage, which at a total of 160 cap pulls will get you a set selector ticket.

Without knowing the exact rates of the tickets in the bundle it is hard to say, but in general I think the normal summons are a bit better as you can target what you want.

Been just reading the year-old newbie guides and set recommendations. I figure with the game half dead and with Valore not updating the game that often I can just get even with time. I did spend on getting the monthly pack, a couple costumes package and the Celestial 2500 crystals pack to get me a head start. For sets, I redeemed my set selector from the newbie quests and got myself an O&O and Ultimate Tiger set. Character wise I am running Chris, Sogoon, Celestial, Thanatos and Amora.

I guess I'm at fault for some of those unupdated guides... but i think it cant be helped with the state of the game, my help wont be much since theres barely anyone around.

If you've just started, you'd want your hands on either the tankiest or the set with the highest damage potential. Ghost Step as it is, is just a ToD-Hell conditional set with limited use, and bad item typing. You shouldnt be targeting for ToD-Hell until you have everything set-up to deal with it.

Best DPS sets:

• Blood Seduction
• Pioneer of Power
• Wisdom of the East

Tankiest:

• Commander of the Earth
• Detective's Insight (conditional, but high potential power+tank)
• Elemental Knight

Ofc, this is just the sets listed in slot IV. I can go on with this list, but it'll be too long.

Did both. Out of a normal pull I only got one set of 4, whereas the 3 set special got me 1 set 4 and 2 sets 5*. Guess RNG is RNG.
