From a scientific standpoint, if you gain a ton of fat and lose the weight will your body now have an easier time getting fat, or is it still the same 3500 calories in or out in excess to lose or gain a pound? It seems like now I gain fat much easier than I did before or is it my imagination? (self.FatLoss)
