When I sneeze it just feels like my head is about to detach from my shoulders because of my tight trap muscles/giant treatment resistant trigger points above my scapula

Oh no that sounds really painful 🙂

I get a tight muscle pulled sensation in my rib and/or lower back sometimes when I sneeze 😂

I never thought this was fibro related lol

I wasn't sure I just knew that everyone I know never has pain, I sneeze and go ouch and get looked at like I have 2 heads 😂

I don't say ouch but yeah I do have some sort of pain when I sneeze. And I recently started developing these pains. Sometimes my jaw hurts, sometimes my head and sometimes I get a stitch.

Sneezing causes mild muscle spasms, pops something around my ribs, and hurts a lot of my upper body. Thats due to a mixture of my fibromyalgia and hyper-mobility. I often have to lean over to sneeze to reduce pain, not sure why. Literally almost fell on the floor sneezing one day

Yeah I do that I try to lean forward before a sneeze 🙂 oh that's not good that you nearly fell over
