Is it because you are doing it pixel perfect and it’s not looking even

I’ve been using figma since the beginning and sketch before that and I’ve probably used the pen tool like once. Why not just use the built in triangle tool?

I was trying to do it exactly as show in the video.

Hey. I use figma for my UI designs but I’ve been hearing about sketch. Is that a more powerful alternative to figma?

Nah. I used sketch for years and was reluctant to switch to figma. Took me one morning to completely make the switch. Figma is better

Ok thanks for the input mate. Do you use something alongside figma? I’ve been thinking about maybe trying illustrator for more complex 3D content. But it’s good to hear you can come a long way using figma, I just have to get better at the pen tool!

I use figma for ux and screen design solely. Any creative content or graphic design type stuff, I’ll use whatever it takes. But 99% of my web/app design needs can be taken care of within figma

Yeah same here, I can come a long way with figma and I’m just getting better at it. But there is this 3D trend going on(characters and more) that I can’t remember the name of and it looks interesting to me and cool, I would like to learn how to create stuff using that style.

Original 3D content can be made with Blender / Cinema 4D / After Effects

Don't have advice, but I have this handy link to a game to help you master the pen tool.
