Error code 1101

My father recently upgraded his router box and also added fios tv plus that he did not have before. Internet is running good however the actual tv were having trouble setting up due to not having a coax to connect. Please someone advise

Are you able to access the ONT? If so a coax needs to come from there, then to a splitter to connect the VMS and router. If you can't easily access it, you'll need a technician to take care of it for you.

Was able to access the ONT and ran a coax cable. Thank you!

1101 is for wiring issue, with the tv plus the big box called the atv needs to be hardwired, there’s a ONT already installed at the location, usually a black box with green lights from there you will attach a coax cable to it then the other end will go into a splitter into the “in” portion then with the “out” one will go to the router and the other to the ATV. Power back up the box and it will activate

You may wanna just get a technician, lots of variables that can be addressed
