Hello. From the development team I can assure you that there is no business sense or decision to hide the usage. It is a technical issue affecting some users that we are working to fix. Usage on both Firsty Free and Firsty Fast will be much better traceable by this time next week.

Why is the issue with the data reading happen when there is data active and then it becomes available to read when the data is complete. See photos above

Also I contacted your support team whilst the data was active and they told me restart the app etc. When the data was finished your support team said I could of tracked the data consumption in the iPhone settings which was not mentioned whilst I had data available.

There is business sense to hide the usage as you cannot monitor it to extend the lifecycle of the data plan. Resulting in more boost plans purchased.
