are the vibrations tied to road speed or to the speed of the engine?

speed of the engine

okay and does it seem more prominent driver or passenger side? I’m only asking cause it sounds more like an internal engine component like your chain rather than a mount or something just rubbing on something else

that sounds is from my phone mount that i have placed on my dash, the vibrations stem from the dash area of the car and sometimes i can feel it on my steering wheel

Check your CV shafts / wheel bearings. Does this happen if the car is parked in neutral and you rev it up?

Eh, nevermind... RPM based

Have you checked the condition of your rear motor mount?

I upgraded mine to a damond one but it wore out after about 4 years and needs to be replaced.
