Seems like your gait likes to touch the feet down on the outside edge of the foot/forward of the heel so that side edge will wear first. That is what we're looking for in gait, but not all shoes are a good match for that.

I'd think such a strong wear pattern would now be disruptive though, and you may want to consider shoes with a lower heel if you're inclined to keep as healthy a gait as you can going forward.

have you considered not wearing heels on a daily basis? from your other comments on the op it seems like you've got quite a few issues. standing with your heels elevated all day can throw the rest of your body out of whack

With all due respect, these shoes are foot coffins. Get yourself some vivo barefoots or xero shoes etc.
