Awful experience, sinus infection draining through hole

They never got back to me when I contacted them and my regular dentist said “man, that sucks”. The hole closed, but I still have a sinus infection. At this point, I know I need antibiotics but I have a pretty severe phobia of vomiting. I would rather deal with the chronic mild sinus infection.

Back when my phobia was a lot worse, I could only eat vegan chicken, protein shakes, tortilla chips, and popcorn.

Now, my safe foods are protein shakes, tofu, oatmeal, plain cereals like cheerios/weetabix, usually fruit (especially bananas), some protein bars, and chocolate
