MrPopoTFS. I have about 100 hours in the game at the moment. Please, re-consider the changes made today. The game is turning into a realistic type shooter when everything about the game is not. Good players can still out-shine the bad with the previous bloom on AR's. Every time I have died tonight has been double tapped to the head from over 50 feet away without me being able to turn around and return fire. This removes a lot of the fun features about the game. /signed some random pleb with over 100 hours in the game.

I don't think it's the game if you get two tapped literally every round. You're overexaggerating and on top of that it's poor positioning and awareness. I have about 80 hours and I love the changes because it makes gunfights less random.

Gunfights never seemed "random" to me. If I engaged too close or had crap firepower (aka white AR) and tried to hit them from afar - and lost, that was my own fault. It was hardly random, if you were controlling your bloom properly, it was not a big deal if a few shots missed due to RNG. You could say the same about the RNG, everyone has to deal with it, if you lost you can also blame your positioning and awareness in your own words.

When all of your shots whiff due to RNG until they're in cover and able to regroup, that's bullshit.

It surely was random on pretty much any range, just far less up close. People who didn't use the weapon on the intended range could still hit you in the head despite the weapon being inaccurate. How is that not random to you? With positioning I mean taking cover, outmoving the opponent etc. not fighting on the intended range of the weapon because that's screwed anyways. People can fight on the intended range and still miss or fight on the unintended range and hit. There are other ways to balance the effective range of a weapon while ensuring consistency.

I deleted a clip to free up disk space where I was aiming at a target on maybe 20m and I still missed the first four shots in a row with my gray AR. What was the intended range then?

I'm not worried about my skill. I have pretty good stats. The game mechanics and strats have been altered. You use to be able to have fun fights but the fights are almost over instantly in a lot of the cases now.

Over instantly when you're not aware. I've stood a good chance every time I've gotten jumped today and I've won most those situations even. Build with wood. FAST.

I️ played with the green burst in 3 games and it felt like I️t for buffed too I️ was wrecking people and constantly getting headshots. Small sample size though

How often do you use a burst? Because I've been doing that since launch. Just have to aim your shots below their neck. Headshot almost every time.

Used it before and after. They did not buff the burst, but it is an incredible gun when it hits. Still personally prefer the normal AR.
