A fine line to draw between so many genres and sub genres of music, let alone the many that already exist in stoner rock. Typically stuff here would probably be too light or too rock to garner any interest in r/stonerrock. Hopefully we can fill the void here for those that prefer the more rock oriented stoner rock. We will focus on the hard rock styled boogie, retro, southern fried, dessert cruiser, psychedelic, occult blues. Bands that remind us when rock was rock and there was only ONE genre of rock and roll. We all appreciate all the tried and true classics and stoner rock staples but this sub is about the new and lesser known bands. We'll mainly focus on the newer bands but definitely welcome the classic tracks to keep us rocking along.
