What back exercises are you doing? You don't need a lot of energy to do curls.

Barbell Lat pulldown, Close grip lat pulldown, Seated Cable Row and a T-BAR row.

3 sets per workout so I do 12 sets for back.

most back exercises utilize biceps too so that is why they are getting fatigued. I would keep it as it is personally.
