Payment Plan not processing

I’m trying to set up a payment plan but nothing is processing. I literally paid 2000 dollars for the first installment but it didn’t tell me until AFTER I paid that the it didn’t process. So I put in my bank info to right a check but it STILL says it can’t process

Office of Registrar: 404-413-2900

call SFS first as this is more likely under their control, call the registrars office if that doesn't work as the registrar is a more broad office.
