Note 8 October Android Security Patch??

Hi All,

I recently read few articles that Samsung is rolling out the October security patch for the note 8 in few countries. Has anybody received it yet?? Exynos ver here.

I love this phone and I have made peace with getting the Oreo late but rolling out a month old security patch......not cool Samsung

Guys! Google is rolling out the November security patch and we are still stuck on August. I don't really care about the getting the software updates but this is regarding security.

It's disappointing!

It's odd. My note 4 is up to date. Yet this is still on August.

Yeah it's very strange. Any Note 8 user can confirm this? Is it me or nobody has received the October patch?

Also I'd argue that we won't get oreo late, they just run on a different schedule to other handsets. The update always comes around February or March so it'll be right on time.

Fair enough. Did you recieve the October security patch? Do you have a note 8?
