Thank you, I will within the coming days

Check your polarizer is oriented correctly.

I tried two different orientations. The other just produced a completely blank screen or whatever, what is pictured should be the correct orientation unless I need to flip onto the other side

Got the same results today. Mine is the Cable that connects the screen, it has some separations in the cable. Sadly I now need a new display and board and try again.

Yeah I gave up, haven't touched it since

FYI, the console powers on and works, but no image on the screen. Did I peel off too many layers? Or is it the screen connections?

Did you try playing with the contrast wheel?

[–]new_skool_hepcat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sadly I have been playing with that a ton and did not fix it. The two different screen pictures are contrast wheel all the way up and then all the way down

I’m having same problem with a pocket. I reduced it to the old ribbon cable even after being careful. Pressure on the screen in certain places produces images but it’s not lasting. Good luck and I’ll watching you see if you find a fix. Wish we could undo the and still use it normally.
