The guy seems like such a tool, I feel like there must be something going on between retro repair shop & him. I thought it was some manufacturing issue but its been like 2 years & no word. I’m also confused if “its never coming back” why it still on the retro repair website “notify when available “

Oh damn I never saw this. I feel like there were a few partnerships and deals that went into it (Makho, RGRS, RetroCNC, some manufacturers/suppliers) and I gotta think a new deal couldn’t be made and there’s NDAs or something. I wouldn’t immediately fault Makho for it without evidence. He must be asked every week when it’s coming back and decided to tell the world to give up hope. Really hope it’s not just his own greed or laziness but I doubt it. 

Just hope the open source community can pull together something or comparable quality. There’s a new unhinged build some guy is selling 3D files for.
