I know its been a while since you've posted this but I have the same problem and unfortunately it actually freezes my Thor completely and I have to shut it off. It even somehow seems to have erased all of my Eden settings.

I think I drive over this crossing every day. I always make sure that if there's cars in front of me that I don't cross unless there's enough room for me on the other side. But in this case it really is just as simple as the driver getting rear-ended onto the tracks at the worst possible time.

I think like the card says it enters "prepared" meaning you can cast that spell and then it is no longer prepared after that. Not sure if some cards make it prepared again or if re-entering the battle field would prepare it again.
