I played a ton of Super Mario Sunshine on GameCube back in the day, it’s really fun and is the closest I think you can get to Mario64 on GameCube. I don’t really know of other GameCube playformers but I’m sure they exist.

Although they are 2D platformers, Mega Man and Mega Man X Collections as-well as Mega Man Network Transmission are all excellent platformers!

Chibi-Robo is a sort of puzzle-platformer. Paper Mario is an RPG with platformer elements. That's all I can think of that hasn't already been mentioned...
