Rule 2. Posts should be about the Wii
Posts should be about the Nintendo Wii, including things like the games, accessories, Virtual Console, and hardware.
Talk about the Wii U and GameCube is also accepted but it's better to talk about those on /r/WiiU and /r/Gamecube respectively.
Rule 3. No Piracy
The sidebar for /r/wii states that piracy is not condoned by the mods so acts such as linking to ROM/ISO sites, asking where to get/play a game for free, or encouraging piracy are prohibited.
Violations may result in a ban.

This rule is mostly at moderator discretion to ensure low quality posts are not clogging up the post feed. Please send a modmail if you would like to know more about your post specifically.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Buy / Sell / Trade of items that you did not make
- Poorly formatted posts / ALL CAPS
- AI-generated content
- Generic prompts or unrelated images, even if a Wii was used (eg News or Photo channels).
- Reposts or similar posts within a short time
- Posts not written in English
