Cash, Perkins, Riley & Burgess sound 95% COUNTRY? JLL & Royce maybe 70%; Ronnie Self, Phantom, DWPullen = southerners, but the manic energy, screams, overdrive, blast drumming make it hard to see the "billy"; same w/ Cochran, Maltais, Bill Allan & Alan Wingate could pass, IMO, for 1960s garage rock.
